Decathlon is one of the world’s largest sports goods retailer and key to their growth and success as a global brand is their indefatigable focus on training their people. When Veeville was entrusted with the responsibility of designing a set of online training modules for this heavyweight sporting goods brand, we obviously had to bring on our A game.
The result was a set of deeply interactive, engaging, entertaining and educative capsules delivered in different styles including live action and fully animated forms and translated in over 15 languages. Designed with the sole objective of helping the trainees learn and grow, these modules feature among the stickiest of all their online programs, not only saving the organisation money and effort, but also providing key insights that help them constantly surge forward.
